PovertyNet Library

Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSP) are prepared by the member country in collaboration with the staffs of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as well as civil society and development partners. These documents describe the country's macroeconomic, structural and social policies and programs to promote growth and reduce poverty, as well as associated external financing needs and major sources of financing. The country documents are being made available on the World Bank website by agreement with the member country as a service to users of the World Bank website.
